Brickell City Centre: Opening in November 2016 and anchored by an enormous Saks Fifth Avenue, three-story Brickell City Centre will house luxury brands at the street level. The retail mix will include “a number of first-to-market and international brands,” says the center’s website. Among the tenants: Agent Provocateur, Bally, Chopard, Porsche Design, Reiss and Vilebrequin.

Bal Harbour Shops: This swanky, al fresco mall, located in the Bal Harbour suburb north of Miami Beach, has been in the business of upscale retail since 1965, operating at 100 percent occupancy for several decades.
