Inside The Luxe Twin Towers At One River Point

The Miami River has provided many Brickell venues with some of the most stunning views, and it will soon gain a new glimmering building on the north bank. After the completion of One River Point, it’ll be easy to feel like you’re seeing double because Miami’s new twin towers will be soon under way.

Internationally acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly was brought to the project by developer KAR Properties to design the majestic buildings, which will be as impressive as his previous design: the highly coveted New York address, 432 Park Avenue.

Howard Lorber, Chairman of Douglas Elliman, hosted a One River Point launch party at Cipriani Downtown. At the event, KAR Properties Founder and CEO Shahab Karmely unveiled development plans to top brokers and distinguished developers for a firsthand look at the transcendent architecture and level of experience that Rafael Viñoly is bringing to the towers of One River Point.
